How it Works:
- Treatment
We apply a commercial-grade residual treatment around the exterior of your home to control crawling insects for up to 30 days. We also treat light fixtures, door frames, and window frames for spiders and other common exterior pests. If you show us an active ant nest during the visit, we’ll treat it too. Products are safe for children and pets once dry. - Your plan also includes 6 rodent stations valued at $600 — 4 exterior stations placed around the home and 2 interior-use stations labelled 1 and 2.
- Five days before each service, you’ll receive a reminder to place stations 1 and 2 outside by the front door so our technician can inspect, monitor, and replenish them during the visit.
- If these two stations are not available at the time of service, your regular service will still be completed, but the inside stations will not be inspected or replenished until the next scheduled visit.
Monthly Schedule
No appointment is required. We service your property monthly and send a reminder 5 days before your visit.
Preparation & Site Conditions
Please keep items at least 3 feet away from exterior walls. People and pets must remain indoors during treatment. Rodent stations must be accessible from outside, as our technicians do not enter the home. Service may be rescheduled due to rain or winds over 20 km/h.
Term & Renewal
This agreement begins on the service start date and continues for 12 months, then renews month-to-month unless either party gives 30 days’ written notice.
